Book an Initial Home Consultation (IHC)

Book an IHC via our website. This is vital for you to get to know and trust us in your home. Together, we will go through our detailed checklist to understand your specific needs and expectations. We can do this in person or online.

Client brief

After the IHC we will send you a brief description of our understanding of your requirements. This ensures we meet your expectations.

Making a booking

You can book by phone, email or via the website. Click here to take you to the booking page

On the day

On the day. YOU WILL NEED TO BE THERE for the decluttering part of the process of transforming your home. Once we know what you:

you can leave the rest to us, until it’s time to reveal your beautifully decluttered and re-organised space.

Exceeding your expectations

Your Clutter Free Lives professional organiser will give you a Clutter Free Lives final standards checklist, to ensure we have done everything you wanted and to the highest of standards. We will also leave you with one of our leaflets on how to keep your home decluttered, clean and looking beautiful.

Payment

We will ask for payment once you have signed off the final standards checklist. You can pay by BACS transfer or cash. You can also buy a Clutter Free Lives gift card if you know someone who could also benefit from our help. And if you book another space to be cleaned within 60 days or make a recommendation to a friend who makes a booking, we will show our thanks by giving you a £20 off thank you card.

And finally...

We will take away 1 large black bin bag of rubbish or charity donations at no extra charge. We can discuss this at the consultation stage if your requirements exceed this
