Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions have been designed to safeguard both you and us. 

Cars

Travel

  • Travel within a 10-mile radius is included in the price. A nominal fee of 45p/mile charged beyond 10 miles as well as £20/ hour travel time

  • Client to cover congestion charges

  • Visitor parking permits to be purchased/ provided by the client

Cleaning the Window

Safety & Security

  • The Professional Organisers cannot move any heavy objects or furniture, this is the client’s responsibility

  • The client agrees that we have permission to inform a third party of the address we will be working at for security reasons

  • Client to disclose, in advance, any additional people due at the premises at the same time as us

  • Children and pets to be supervised in an adjacent room

  • If the working environment is deemed unsafe for our professional organisers to work in, we reserve the right to cancel the session without a refund

Insurance

  • In the case of accidental loss or damage, we will not be held liable. We rely on you to carry insurance at all times that will compensate you

  • We are insured, as a business, for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity

Charity Volunteers

Managing charity donations and rubbish

  • Client to order and pay for any skip hire required

  • 1 large black bin bag of goods to be taken to charity store/or dry waste removed, is included in the price, thereafter there will be a £5/ bag charge

De-cluttering phase

  • Client to be onsite for decluttering phase (to have final say over what stays and what goes)

  • We cannot be held responsible for any items decluttered or thrown away as the decisions to keep or throw items away is the clients in its entirety

  • During the decluttering phase, we will work at your pace as this can be a difficult and emotional process. Any breaks taken by you will count towards your session

  • Please note that once items have been taken away, they cannot be retrieved at a later time

Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Services are completely confidential and discrete. Your personal information is only used in connection with our services

  • Any photographs and testimonials will only be used with the consent of the client. If consent is given, we will take before, during and after photographs which will only be reproduced for publicity and social media purposes

Payment via Mobile Phone

Payments

  • Payment is due, in full, at the end of a session

  • A minimum booking of 3 hours is required

  • Prices are charged at £150 per 3 hour session for 1 professional organiser

  • Prices are charged at £300 per 6 hour session for 1 professional organiser

  • Saturday and Sunday rates: price on request

  • Late hours (18:00-21:00) : price on request

  • There is no charge for the IHC 

  • Our hours are billed to the nearest 15 minutes

  • No cheques accepted

General

  • It is not always possible to give an accurate estimate of hours required depending on many factors

  • We will always inform you when the pre booked time is up and will only continue with your permission

  • An unpaid lunch break of 1 hour to be taken on sessions lasting 6 hours or more

  • We do not deem ourselves qualified to deal with hoarding disorders and therefore cannot carry out work in those circumstances

  • Terms and conditions are agreed upon booking
